Adrian Godwin: BSc DMS MIMgt CEng MIEE

Founder and Chairman

Adrian Godwin is the inventor of the Site Terminal, a unique patented device, and the founder of the FM Company PLC. He is a chartered electrical engineer with an honours degree in electrical and electronic engineering and a diploma in management studies from UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology).

Previously he was Managing Director, Europe, of Lerch, Bates & Associates, an international firm of consulting engineers, which he started as a two-man office in 1991 and developed into a £5m fee income business with around 50 staff complementing the North American side of the business which had an income of around £14m. Author of numerous papers and holder of a number of patents he has been responsible during the past three years for spearheading the “proof of concept” trials and the building of the company’s application to the point of becoming a commercially attractive product and made the first major contract sale to Hilton Hotels.

Adrian will continue to provide the vision for the company and its development in the short term.

Andrew Lewin: BSc

Director

Andrew gained an honours degree in Software Engineering from Kingston University in 2001.

During a two year KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) in association with Kingston Universty and Lerch Bates Ltd he was a key part of the DTI award winning team that was responsible for assembling new IT and Marketing knowledge for the site terminal invention.

He then went on to be Technical Manager at the FM Company, designing and implementing software and managing software development teams. With over 5 years experience of developing the application for the FM company, Andrew brings valuable expertise to the board.

Gerry Lawrence: BSc MSc

Consultant

Gerry has an honours degree in Electronic Engineering as well as a Masters degree from Brunel University.

After training with BICC he began specialising in software, networks and communications. At Demon Internet he rose through the ranks to become Head of Network Services responsible for over 70 staff.

He then went on to be a director of internet hosting products for GTS and then Director, Global Hosting for World Online/Tiscali. He brings a broad range of expertise to the company spanning networks, hosting, software and internet applications.
